If you need more than our Support Services offer, then perhaps a managed or co-managed service is better suited.
A fully managed service means you get all of the benefit of an enterprise security system, with little to no daily management. The infrastructure is wholly owned by you, on your site. We have access via a VPN or similar, and we take care of it all.
A co-managed service gives you more access to the system. Perhaps you are a one-person IT department, and so need the option to get us to work for you.
Our Support Services are used when you need help with your security system.
Our 24x7x365 support service can be tailored to your needs, ensuring we provide the type and level of service you require. As standard this includes unlimited telephone and email support.
Additional “hands-on” support services can be purchased, using NTS Support Units. These units can be used for us to assist with configuration, for firewall audits, or can be traded in for onsite time from our professional services team.
NTS Support is delivered from our Security Operations Centre is based in our Shipley office; we do not outsource any of our support services.
Core operating hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We operate an on-call system for priority 1 issues outside of these hours. The on-call system uses our engineers, ensuring a familiarity with our customers.
